Responsible government contracting requires regulatory discipline. Gladius Middle East is committed to conducting its armored vehicle programs in accordance with applicable UAE laws, ITAR, EAR and other relevant regulations.
Our commitment covers the complete transaction: the vehicle and its components, the contracting parties, the destination and the intended end use. Required licenses and approvals must be in place before any controlled activity proceeds.
01 U.S. export controls＋
Where applicable, we require compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR), including relevant controls on exports, re exports, transfers, technical data, defense services and brokering.
Product classification, licensing and any exemption or exception must be established for the specific activity. This statement does not represent DDTC registration, U.S. government certification or a blanket authorization.

Applicable UAE defense and security licensing, strategic goods and non proliferation controls, customs requirements, and import, export, re export, transit and transshipment rules must be observed. Transactions are also subject to relevant origin, transit and destination country laws.
Any required Ministry of Defence or other competent authority approval must be obtained for the specific activity.
